We aim to have your item dispatched as quickly as possible and you will receive a confirmation email, once your item has been dispatched out to you. Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your item. You MUST email us to inform us that you will be returning your item and why. Any personalised products bought, can only be returned if faulty. Please be sure you have any measurement requirements correct at time of placing an order. This is your responsibility and not a reason to return your item.
All our earrings are for pierced ears, therefore, for hygiene reasons can not be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.
If your item is faulty,
1. Send the faulty item back to us, so we can assess the fault to make sure it doesn't happen again, or that it is not a design flaw. We will refund any postage costs incurred in sending back the item/s.
2. We will send you your replacement immediately.
